12 inch Chocolate Sponge Christmas Slices

Ingredient Name

12-inch Sponge
Bavarian Whip Cream
Green Colouring
Daisy Red L&S/20
Christmas Sprinkles

Product Preparation Method

  1. Open the box.
  2. Remove the sponge out of the box.
  3. Whip the Bavarian cream for +-9minutes.
  4. Mix 300g Bavarian whipped cream with 5 drops of green colouring.
  5. Pipe 50g of green colouring cream.
  6. Pipe 5g, Bavarian Whipped Cream.
  7. Sprinkle +- 10g of Christmas Sprinkles.
  8. Product is ready.

6-inch Vanilla Sponge

Ingredient Name

6-inch Sponge
Bavarian Whip Cream
Red Cherries
Vanilla Wafers
Mint Leaf
Chocolate Ganache

Product Preparation Method

  1. Open the box.
  2. Remove the sponge out of the box.
  3. Whip the Bavarian cream for +-9minutes.
  4. Remove the excess on top of the sponge.
  5. Decorate sponge with 100g of Bavarian Whipped Cream.
  6. Add 50g Chocolate Ganache on top.
  7. Pipe a rosette on top of the cake and add your decorations.
  8. Product is ready.

Chocolate Sheet Sponge - Christmas Tree Shape Slice

Ingredient Name

Chocolate Sponge Sheet
Bavarian Whipped Cream
Green Colouring
White Ganache
Christmas Sprinkles

Product Preparation Method

  1. Open the box.
  2. Remove the sponge out of the box.
  3. Whip the Bavarian cream for +-9minutes.
  4. Remove the excess on top of the sponge.
  5. Cut the sponge into 12cm tree shape.
  6. Decorate with 50g Bavarian Whipped Cream.
  7. Add your white ganache.
  8. Pipe a green cream on top.
  9. Decorate your cake with Christmas Sprinkles.
  10. Product is ready.

Vanilla Sheet Sponge- Mini Squares

Ingredient Name

Vanilla Sponge Sheet
Bavarian Whipped Cream
Green Colouring
Christmas Sprinkles

Product Preparation Method

  1. Open the box.
  2. Remove the sponge out of the box.
  3. Whip the Bavarian cream for +-9minutes.
  4. Remove the excess on top of the sponge.
  5. Cut the sponge into 7cm squares.
  6. Decorate with multi-coloured Bavarian Whipped Cream.
  7. Add Christmas Sprinkles.
  8. Product is ready.

Assorted Ring Doughnuts

Ingredient Name

Ring Doughnut
White Ganache
Green Colouring
Christmas Sprinkles

Product Preparation Method

  1. Open the box.
  2. Remove the ring doughnuts out of the box.
  3. Warm your Ganache between +-58 Degrees.
  4. Dip your doughnut.
  5. Decorate with Christmas Sprinkles.
  6. Product is ready.

Assorted Eclairs

Ingredient Name

Assorted Eclairs
Bavarian Whipped Cream
Chocolate Ganache
Green Colouring
Christmas Sprinkles

Product Preparation Method

  1. Open the box.
  2. Remove the Eclairs out of the box.
  3. Warm your Ganache between +-58 Degrees.
  4. Dip your Eclairs into the Ganache.
  5. Decorate with cream.
  6. Sprinkle with Christmas Sprinkles.
  7. Product is ready.
